HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Depends on the weight of your order. The least expensive rate is automatically calculated based on your location.
CAN I GET A REFUND? CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
No, all sales are final. Please make sure you review your purchase carefully before submitting a payment.
HOW LONG UNTIL MY PRODUCT SHIPS?
We try hard to get every order out the door in 3-5 business days.  Many orders will ship the next business day, but we're a small team and stuff happens.
ALL ORDERS ARE MADE BY HAND
Every order we get is packed by hand by whoever picks the short straw in the office. So please be patient and email us with any problems -- we will get back to you ASAP.
MY EMAIL SAYS IT'S SHIPPED, BUT I CAN'T TRACK IT.
Please note that we may print a shipping label a few days before your order ships. Each order is handmade in our office in Wilmington, NC, and you'll likely see tracking on your order within 2-3 business days of getting a tracking number from our system.
I ALREADY PLACED MY ORDER, BUT JUST SAW SOMETHING ELSE I WANT. CAN YOU EDIT MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?
If you wish to change it please email  robert@hopculture.com immediately with your transaction ID. We cannot reship orders once they are sent out.
I JUST RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE OR ORDER. CAN YOU EXCHANGE IT?
Absolutely! If you got the wrong size please send it to the return address and email  robert@hopculture.com with your transaction ID or the email used with the order and we will send you the correct order.
